Extraordinarily great service!
Jason and Bill were punctual, polite, professional, and very courteous. They didn't just replace my broken water heater and call it done. They informed me and updated the old valves and put in needed shutoffs for ease when performing the next maintenance. I'm genuinely happy that Clearwater came through on such short notice — the next day, we had hot water again. The guys did a clean install – it looks good, it works good too, and they left no mess.
The integrity this company operates with
When we were looking for a whole-house generator and were having trouble finding a reliable contractor, I learned that Clearwater was a certified Generac installer. They did a fantastic job. We had their Master Plumber and Master Electricians here for the whole process — at one point there were six Clearwater employees working on that installation, and it was flawless. Later our central A/C unit died in a heat wave; I called several HVAC companies and all were backed up a week. Art answered his phone on a Sunday afternoon, and the next call I got was from one of their techs who was on his way over — on Sunday evening, on his birthday. Marv has 40 years of HVAC experience and had cold air blowing within an hour. If you choose Clearwater for any of their many talents you will be glad you did.

The Clear Water team did an outstanding job of replacing my pool filter and piping on very short notice — the next day! They were professional and reasonably priced. I highly recommend these guys.

If you need help, call CLEARWATER! They will not only fix any problem you have, they will explain what was wrong and how to fix it. Then technicians, like Justin, will show you how to care for and maintain your system. When you call the office, they are very helpful and very pleasant. Thank you CLEARWATER!
Great company, great personnel
I called 12 different companies and eleven of them said they couldn't help — wouldn't even come out to look. The boss from Clearwater came out to take a look and give me an estimate. They sent a crew out on Monday and finished on Thursday. The crew, including Justin, were absolutely wonderful — fast, kind, diligent. I happen to be an 82-year-old widow living alone, and they even hooked up sprinklers so I wouldn't have to drag a hose around to water the new grass they planted. I offered to adopt them all! I'd recommend them to everyone.
Only regret is not finding them sooner
I've been a homeowner since 2005. Had two companies before this one. My only regret is not finding them sooner. They are prompt, fair, responsive and knowledgeable.
